Ergogenic Systems Technologies is a site I developed and designed that featured the very first CMS I ever build using PHP. It was not built using the CakePHP framework, but did include some slick features. While not built to sustain heavy traffic, it had an "edit in place" system where a logged in administrator could click an "edit" button and change the text in place without navigating away from the page. This made for a very intuitive user experience and allowed the admin to see what the page looked like with the new content immediately. It also featured a history function that allowed the administrator to go back and use previous versions of copy, again right on the "live" page.

The design of this site was 100% XHTML valid. Particular care was used with regard to page load times, readability, and search engine optimization. The site has since changed a little bit =)
